  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN.
  5. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service at your expense unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

We do not accept returns that are sent without prior authorization.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In case of damaged or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping or arrange for pickup.
