This Return & Refund Policy outlines our approach to handling returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from our website. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
- The item is in its original condition, unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.
- The product is not listed as non-returnable (e.g., clearance items, custom orders, or final-sale products).
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return due to their nature or hygiene reasons. These include:
- Custom or personalized furniture orders
- Clearance, sale, or final-sale items
- Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
- Mattresses and bedding once opened
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
Please review the product description to determine return eligibility before ordering.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at admin@shujaatrade.store within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Include your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos of the item (if damaged).
- Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service at your expense unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
We do not accept returns that are sent without prior authorization.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In case of damaged or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping or arrange for pickup.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will:
- Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, process the refund to your original method of payment within 7β10 business days.
- Deduct any applicable restocking fees or shipping charges (if applicable).
- Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Please note: We do not issue refunds for items returned in a used or damaged condition not caused by us.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the item (if eligible), then place a new order for the desired product.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@shujaatrade.store
- Include clear images of the damage or incorrect item and the shipping box.
- We will review the claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
We cannot honor damage claims made after 48 hours of receipt.
8. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, items are prepared for shipping and cannot be cancelled.
Custom or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
