1. Shipping Locations
We proudly ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or APO/FPO addresses.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Fridays may begin processing the following Monday.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and another when it has been shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on product availability and your location. Typical delivery estimates are:

Free standard shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a certain amount (as stated on the website).
5. Delivery Methods
We use reliable national carriers and specialized furniture delivery partners. Delivery methods include:
- Standard Curbside Delivery: Delivered to your driveway or curb (assembly not included).
- White Glove Delivery (when available): Includes room-of-choice delivery, unpacking, and basic assembly. Packaging removal included.
Please ensure someone 18+ is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
6. Delivery Appointments
For large items and white glove delivery, you will be contacted by the shipping provider to schedule a convenient delivery date and time window.
If no one is available at the scheduled time, a redelivery fee may apply.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the provided link or carrier website.
For assistance, feel free to contact us if you don’t receive tracking info within the expected timeframe.
8. Delivery Issues
If your furniture arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@shujaatrade.store
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or missing parts.
- We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement, repair, or refund.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues beyond our control.
9. Undeliverable Orders
Orders that are returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery may be subject to:
- A restocking fee
- Deduction of the original shipping cost from your refund
- Re-delivery fees if you wish the item sent again
